Events recorded for broadcast or live streaming

By purchasing tickets you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you or any member of your party and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. There will be appropriate signage in the venue if an event is being filmed or recorded and this information will also be available on the TMF website.
Seating plans
The seating plan for each event can be viewed on the relevant webpage for that event. It is not possible to buy a ticket for a specific seat; when you buy a ticket it is for an area of seating according to the price bands shown on the seating plan.
Box office charges
There is a booking fee of £2 per order for all tickets bought via the website and over the telephone. The booking fee does not apply to tickets bought from the Box Office on the day of a performance.
There is a fee of £2 per ticket for reselling or exchanging tickets.
Re-sale of tickets
You can request TMF to offer your tickets for resale if the performance is sold out at all prices. If they are resold, the value of the tickets will be refunded minus an administration fee of £2 per ticket. Tickets cannot be accepted for possible resale less than 48 hours prior to a performance.
Ticket refunds
If a performance is cancelled, your tickets will be refunded.
If a performance is interrupted and does not continue, tickets will only be refunded if the interruption occurs before the interval.
Delivery and collection of tickets
When you buy tickets, you will be offered the option of having the tickets posted to you. If the concert for which you are booking is within 10 days of your purchase the tickets will be held at the Box Office and can be collected from 30 minutes before the start of the performance when the doors open. You may also choose to print your tickets at home or bring the e-ticket on your mobile phone.
Young people of 18 and under
Children aged 7 years and over, accompanied and supervised by an adult, are welcome at our performances. For all concerts we make reduced price tickets available for anyone aged 18 and under and for students. Student tickets are only available to buy over the phone or on the door. Student ID will be requested when the tickets are collected.
Access
For anyone who is restricted in their ability to access the performances we offer a complimentary companion ticket. To request a companion ticket or to discuss your seating requirements, please telephone 020 7427 5641.
Temple Music Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid until the date printed on them. TMF has no obligation to remind you of a gift voucher’s expiry; please ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry, as it cannot be used after the printed date. Gift voucher are non-refundable and they cannot be exchanged for cash at any time. They can only be used online; they are not valid for in-person or telephone bookings. They may be used to pay for the whole or any part of a purchase. Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction. If any item purchased with a gift voucher is refunded for any reason, this will be done by issuing another voucher valid until the same date as the original voucher. The only exception to this is if TMF has to cancel a concert; in this case your new balance will be valid for 12months from the date of the refund. If your voucher is lost or stolen, TMF will happily cancel the voucher and issue you with a new voucher for the remaining balance but TMF is not liable if any of the balance is spent before we are informed. Tickets purchased using gift vouchers are subject to our standard ticket conditions printed on all tickets.
