Inner Temple Hall is located on Crown Office Row which can be accessed via all of the various entrances to the Temple:

via Inner Temple Lane, off Fleet Street;

via Middle Temple Lane, off Fleet Street or Victoria Embankment; or 

via Tudor Street. 

Please use the main entrance to the Inner Temple Treasury Building.
